A Special Retirement Announcement

SOLitude Lake Management Announces the Retirement of Randy Bolin

Randy Bolin SOLitude Lake ManagementRandy touched the lives of so many of us here at SOLitude Lake Management, and it is with our admiration and warmest of wishes, that we thank him for his many years of hard work and congratulate him on his retirement. For those of us who have had the pleasure to know him, whether as a friend, colleague, or family member, he is a truly special man. His warmth and spirit are an inspiration to all of us.

Throughout Randy's tenure in business development at SOLitude, he made an impression on all of our staff and when asked what they will always remember about Randy, they all said about the same thing: his caring and humorous personality. "Randy always had an interesting story or something to say to lighten the mood or brighten your day," said Dave Ellison. Lead Fisheries Biologist, Dave Beasley added, "not only did Randy play a fundamental role in the development of the company, but he brought humor to the daily routine."

Many employees mentioned that Randy always asked about their children and pets and genuinely took an interest in their lives and well-being. "Randy was always very considerate of others and genuinely cared for all of us," said Ellen Stace. Ellen will especially miss Randy's calls.

Shannon Junior noted, "the best thing about Randy is that he told me on a weekly basis how much he appreciated my hard work and what a valuable asset I am to the company. He was always very supportive, and was a real cheerleader for me. If I was ever having a bad day, talking to Randy would always put it in perspective!"

SOLitude's President, Kevin Tucker, had the pleasure of knowing Randy for much of his life. "He has been a dear friend, confidant, and loyal supporter, and was instrumental in helping our business reach and exceed its goals. He left his mark on this organization in a way that will never be duplicated. As much as I will miss him, his smile, and a personality that can only be described as 'Randy,' I am happy that he is able to begin the next chapter in his life, and start to reap some of the rewards of his many years of service" said Kevin Tucker. "I feel blessed to have him as my friend, and hope he is able to get back all that he has given... he certainly deserves the best!"

Congratulations to Randy on his retirement and best wishes in the years to come. We will all miss him here at SOLitude Lake Management!

To our clients and partners, our management team has been working diligently to takeover and carefully oversee all of Randy's accounts and the team is excited about the new relationships they are making with many of you.
